CIRCUIT TRAINING - This class focuses on your core. Support it and it will support you in your climbing game, your fitness game, and all the games people play.
MAT PILATES - Find and correct dysfunctional movement, balance under- and over-functioning muscle groups, and assist in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Our Level Up Classes are multi-session classes focused specifically on your climbing fitness. Classes serve up a variety of topics including warmup, injury prevention, technique, endurance, strength, and power.
The next Level UP class will be scheduled when enough students express interest.
- Level Up: Start Up - 90 minutes, 3x/week, 3 weeks
- Level Up: Pumped Out - 90 minutes, 3x/week, 7 weeks
