Brandi
Brandi focuses on integrating yoga into each person’s individual life journey, whether that be for physical fitness, injury prevention, physical or emotional healing, self-awareness, or coping with stress and anxiety. All of these life aspects of life can be improved through the breathing techniques and movement of yoga – they bring strength, flexibility, and balance. Brandi teaches several types of yoga but she enjoys Partner Yoga, Paddleboard Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga the most.
Aaron
Aaron is a teacher.. a school teacher, a strength & personal training coach, and a yoga teacher. Through all of his activities like rock climbing, acro yoga, or working out, yoga has remained a constant stabilizer. He particularly appreciates the mental strength and peace a regular practice provides. Aaron hopes to share freedom of movement, breath, and peace with everyone in his classes.
Jo
Jo started doing yoga to alleviate stress and anxiety from normal daily life and school. While playing roller derby, she found that yoga was great for relieving tension in the body, sharpening the mind, as well as helping with both injury prevention and healing. As she started her acrobatics and climbing practices, she began to see the importance of pranayama, or breath work, to make dynamic moves and keep her mind and body calm and capable. Jo continues to practice and learn from all branches of yoga and enjoys sharing from this experience with others.
